Every system of values has its own journey of formation.
GENKISAGE was not born from a sudden idea or a business plan.
It is the result of a journey of learning, practising, observing and constantly asking questions about people, about health, and about what it means to care for people in the right way.
The longer I practised, the more I realised that what people need is not only a treatment when illness appears. What matters more is helping each person understand their own body, listen to its earliest signals, and build a lifestyle that sustains health over the long term.
It was these experiences that gradually shaped the foundation of GENKISAGE’s thinking.
What my profession has taught me
Many years of working in health care have taught me that the body always knows how to send signals before a problem becomes serious.
- A changed posture.
- An unbalanced gait.
- A tilted shoulder.
- A tired look in the eyes.
- A body that stays tense for too long.
These can all be quiet reminders; if we know how to observe them, we have the chance to take care of ourselves sooner.
In my work, I always try to observe the person as a whole – through complexion, posture, movement and the outward signs of the body. These observations are not meant to replace medical diagnosis; they give me a better basis for guiding appropriate care and encourage each person to pay attention to their health early.
This helped me see that health is not only a story about illness. It is also the result of lifestyle, daily habits, mental state and the way each of us treats ourselves.
What I always choose
I do not set out to cure every illness.
What I pursue is helping people understand their own health better, take care of themselves at the right time, and be more proactive before small problems become big ones.
Within my professional scope, I always prioritise approaches that support natural functional recovery, maintain mobility and build a healthy lifestyle.
For cases that require specialised intervention or fall outside my scope of practice, I always proactively recommend that clients see an appropriate doctor or medical facility.
“A practitioner’s responsibility is not to keep patients with them, but to help them reach the right place, at the right time, and receive the most appropriate care.”
That is also how I uphold honesty, prudence and responsibility in my profession.
Why I chose Body – Mind – Wisdom
Through study and practice, I realised that health cannot be seen from a single angle alone.

A healthy body with a restless mind will find it hard to live a fulfilling life.

A knowledgeable person who neglects their health will find it hard to pursue lasting values.

A peaceful mind that lacks the ability to think clearly can still be misled by false information and unwise choices.
That is why I chose Body – Mind – Wisdom as the foundation of my life and my practice.
It is not a slogan. It is the principle that helps me study more seriously, practise more responsibly and keep improving myself every day.
The journey continues
I am Trinh Thanh Hai. I was trained in Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, and I continue to study Law, hoping to broaden my perspective, strengthen my professional responsibility and understand people more fully.
For me, learning is not about collecting titles. Learning is about understanding more deeply, doing better, and knowing that there is always more to learn.
GENKISAGE was built from that very same spirit.
If you are looking for a promise that every problem can be solved instantly, GENKISAGE may not be what you expect.
But if you would like a companion to help you understand your health better, build good habits, nurture a peaceful mind and grow sustainably, I hope GENKISAGE can be a place you trust.
I believe lasting change always begins with understanding, with small actions kept up every day, and with a constant spirit of learning to live better.
That is the path I have chosen. And it is the path GENKISAGE will steadfastly follow, with sincerity, responsibility and respect for people.
