Don’t Bring Everything Home

Have you ever noticed that work has ended, but your mind has not? At home, you still think about meetings, unanswered messages, or something someone said that bothered you. Your loved ones are right beside you, yet your mind is somewhere else.

If this goes on, the fatigue does not stay with you alone – it spreads to the people you love.

Three small things when you get home

Tap to mark what you have done today.

  1. Create a “transition space”. Before stepping inside, take 5 minutes to breathe deeply or walk slowly to close the working day.
  2. Put the phone down during meals. 20–30 minutes of eating and talking with family, free from notifications.
  3. Write down what is still on your mind. Jot it in a notebook so your mind does not have to hold on to it and can rest more easily.

Done today 0/3

Not every pressure disappears after a single day. But if each day we give ourselves a few minutes to set things down, life becomes much lighter.

Caring for mental health is not about doing something grand,
but about knowing when to pause.

What stays

A mind that rests at the right time not only feels lighter, but also brings peace home to the loved ones beside us.
